How We Got Here
It all started as a bit of fun playing with polymer clay and here we are now! Since our first day in business, Etly Clay Co has been offering our customers a wide selection of handmade polymer clay earrings at an affordable price. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the items.
Earrings can only be returned if they are faulty. If your product breaks within one week of purchase or your product is broken upon arrival a replacement will be given. Please inspect your products upon delivery and if you experience any issues regarding damage, please contact us immediately. If there are no earrings of that design in stock we will refund the cost of the product back to you. This will not include shipping costs.

If you have a refund pending, we will notify you after inspection of the return products if the refund has been approved or not. If approved the refunded amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Orders will take 1-8 business days to process as I currently work away. A shipping notification will be sent once your items have been shipped. Delivery Time: Within Australia: 5-10 business days. Within the Bunbury and surrounds: 2-3 days. Shipping prices are standard as set out by Australia Post. $10 standard $13 express
