Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24h prior to your booked time. We do not offer full refunds, if you fail to cancel and do not attend on the day, your $50 deposit will not be refunded. Booking Multiple pieces of Jewellery: If you want to book more than one piece of jewellery you will need to book separate sessions. CONSENT: Thank you for choosing Etly Clay Co. to provide you with your permanent Jewellery. In order to provide you with the best service and ensure your safety we require that you fill in this consent form. Please read this form carefully and sign it on arrival at your app to indicate that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. You have voluntarily elected to undergo this appointment after the nature and purpose has been explained to me along with the risks and hazards involved by Etly Clay Co. By signing this form in person and accepting this appointment you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with welding permanent Jewellery. These risks include but are not limited to burns, discomfort, allergic reaction and potential scarring and I accept any such risks. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about my health history including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect my ability to undergo the welding process. By signing the consent form and accepyting thsi appointment you release ETLY Clay Co. and any of their employees from any liability for any harm, discomfort or injury that may occur during the welding process. You acknowledge that you have received and understood the aftercare instructions for the permanent Jewellery and agree to follow them as directed. Consent to have photographs taken that may be used on socials - please advise your jeweler if you prefer no photographs to be taken. WARRANTY: We offer a 30-days warranty on all permanent jewellery pieces and are able to replace at no cost your chain / jump ring if it has stretched or come apart if: - you are still in possession of the chain - it was not intentionally damaged / pulled - you can provide us the proof of purchase - you have followed the care instruction provided on the day and disclosed on our website Outside of the 30-days warranty, there will be a $15 charge to replace a damaged jump ring. Outside of the 30-days warranty, there will be a $15 charge to shorten your permanent bracelet/anklet. You will have to purchase a new chain if you need
